Jon and I have been hitting the gym hard. We have been on the treadmill nearly every day for 3 weeks. I usually do the bike for 3.5 miles plus a good run. We keep our heart rate up for AT LEAST 40 minutes, sometimes longer. With all the sweat, blood, and tears you would think I would see some sort of pay back. Unfortunately I haven't lost ANY weight. I know I am getting older, I know this is my 3rd baby, but seriously? I've never had this hard of a time loosing weight. I am also watching my diet. Because I am nursing, I am limited to what I can/can't do diet-wise. Any suggestions? Just a side note, Jon and I are doing a 5K in 2 weeks... wish us luck!

you know the same thing was happening to me i had been going to the gym for over 6 months solid and was really commitied about watching what i was eating and how much and what i was drinking and all that, finally i went to my dr and mentioned it to him, i got tested for a few things and well some things were not quite right so we got that fixed and now its coming of quite well,.
so i guess i would suggest talking to the dr!
Honestly? I swear nursing did the opposite effect for me with all my babies . . .most women lose a lot of weight while nursing because you burn more calories, but I always held on to my weight until I finished nursing then it seemed to melt off. . . . also, the thought that I had while reading your blog was that you will see results, and they will be awesome if you keep that up :O) It just seems like it takes a little longer, but one day you will try on a pair of your pants and realize that it is working :O) Keep up the good work! :O) Also, I was sorry to hear about your accident. . . hope you get back to normal soon . . .I wish I lived closer and I would help you out with meals and your kids.
